Proposed Itinerary
Day 1: From Tangier to Chefchaouen
Once you reach the port or airport of Tangier, a member of our team will greet you, and it depends if we have enough time we might take a short tour of the city of Tangier, then head towards Chefchaouen through the picturesque landscape of the Rif Mountains.
Day 2: From Chefchaouen to Fes
We will begin our journey to Fes by way of Volubilis and Meknes after an early breakfast in your riad.Your local guide will take you on an exploration of a sizable Roman ruin in Volubilis where mosaics from the 2nd century B.C. will be on display.
Meknes, one of Morocco’s imperial cities and the country’s capital during the 17th century, is the next stop. You’ll witness the renowned Bab Mansour Gate, the Sahrij, the irrigation-useful Souani Basin, and the Moulay Ismail Mausoleum. We’ll travel to Fes after lunch and stay at a Riad in the medina, before continuing on to the city.
Day 3: Guided tour of Fes
The exploration of Morocco’s oldest medina, which goes back to the ninth century, will begin after breakfast in your riad when our local guide picks you up.
You will tour the medina’s twisting tiny lanes made of cobblestone, where donkeys serve as the primary form of transportation.
The King’s Palace, the Nejjarine fountains, the famous (and obnoxious) tanneries, as well as the Jewish quarter, where, if you’d like, you can visit a synagogue in the mellah, are all included in your tour of the historical sites of the medina. The University of Al Karaouine is also included. It is the oldest university in the world and was founded in 851 by a woman named Fatima Fhriya
Day 4: From Fes to Casablanca
We will leave Fes after breakfast, and drive to Morocco’s capital Rabat, a guided tour includes the most interesting monuments, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V which commemorates the Sultan who enabled Morocco to achieve independence, the incomplete Hassan Tower which is modeled on the famous Koutoubia minaret of Marrakech, and finally the Kasbah Oudaya and its gardens, then off to Casablanca to visit Mohamed 5 Square,It was created in 1916 in the early period of French colonialism, the Corniche, Rick’s Café ( Where was the American Casablanca drama romantic film 1942 ) and he Hassan II mosque is one of the largest in the world, by night you will have a free time to discover more the city.
Day 5: The way to Marrakech
After breakfast we will drive to Marrakech through the Middle Atlas landscapes crossing Khenifra and Beni Mellal, we will arrive by the late evening at the hotel in Marrakech .
