By booking a private tour with Morocco Magic Trip, you agree to these terms and conditions on your behalf and on behalf of any other person using our services in accordance with your reservation.
Once you have agreed to all aspects of the offer, Morocco Magic Trip will provide you with an invoice containing payment details. The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a 20% to 30% advance payment of the total bill.
The balance of the invoice (less the deposit) can be paid in cash.
If changes to your booking are not possible for any reason, you have the option to proceed with your holiday as originally booked or to cancel and pay the cancellation fees as outlined below.
Please inform us in writing as soon as possible if you need to cancel your trip. The cancellation fee is dependent on the number of days between your written cancellation and the start date of your trip:
Cancellation within 30 days or more: Deposit is payable
Cancellation within 14 days or more: 50% is payable
Cancellation less than 7 days ahead: No refund is payable
In the event of war, the threat of war, civil unrest, airport closures, industrial action, threatened or actual terrorist activities, or any other event outside the control of Morocco Magic Trip that either delays or extends the holiday or compels a change in the holiday arrangements during the holiday, we cannot accept liability for any resulting loss, damage, or expense, and no refunds will be made.
If you have any special requirements, such as dietary or medical needs or wheelchair assistance, please inform us before confirming your booking. We will communicate this information to our suppliers to ensure a safe and enjoyable vacation.
Please let us know of any preferences you may have, such as hotel locations or bed configurations, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests. No compensation will be paid if such requests cannot be fulfilled.
Our cars are registered and fully insured as tourist vehicles and can carry the appropriate number of passengers.
It is mandatory for all members of your party to have insurance appropriate to their visit, and the principal passenger is responsible for ensuring that all members of the party are adequately and appropriately insured for the trip.
The insurance must provide adequate cover for loss of effects (including money and passport), personal accident, medical expenses, repatriation if you become too ill to continue (including international medical emergency service and air ambulance service costs), and all other expenses that might arise as a result of loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience. We strongly recommend cancellation insurance.
Guests should also check that their insurance policy covers the activities they will undertake, such as horseback riding and camel, trekking, quads, etc. There is no indication that any of these activities are taking place in rough terrain and at altitudes above 2000 m.
We assume no responsibility for personal injury, illness, damage, death, or loss incurred during your trip.
Morocco Magic Trip ensures that all aspects of your tour meet your expectations, but we act only as an agent and cannot be held responsible for the actions of carriers, property owners, providers or organizers of activities, guides, and transport.
